Alongside his work with P3 Global, Joe advises destinations around the world on tourism strategy and development. Based in New York City, his favorite place is Provence.

Drew is President of Strategic Partnerships at P3 Lifestyle, where he develops strategic alliances and brand partnerships across the company's lifestyle, private aviation, and yacht platforms. With more than two decades spanning sports, lifestyle, and hospitality, he's built a career around creating meaningful connections that drive growth and lasting impact. Before P3, he held leadership roles at REAL, Phat Scooters, Wayne Gretzky Authentic, and co-founded RAD Golf. His approach is relationship-first, bringing people, brands, and ideas together in ways that create long-term value.

Drew is passionate about family, entrepreneurship, and giving back through philanthropic work close to his heart. His favorite place to visit is Coeur d'Alene.
